All approvals, rejections, rates, terms, and conditions are determined solely by the respective financial institution or service provider.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide authentic documents whenever required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials, passwords, and OTPs.
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account activity.

5. Partner, Agent & DSA Network

Registered DSA Partners, Agents, Business Correspondents (BCs), and other associated partners must:

  • Provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain transparency in all transactions.
  • Avoid false promises, guarantees, or misleading advertisements.
  • Conduct business ethically and professionally.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any partner account without prior notice in cases involving misconduct, fraud, regulatory violations, or breach of Company policies.

6. Communication Consent

By submitting your information to the Company, you expressly consent to receive communications through:

  • WhatsApp Messages
  • Email Notifications
  • Promotional Communications

  • Unauthorized use of services is detected.
10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Company's website, portals, mobile applications, logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, software, and related materials are the exclusive property of Renewal Soft Fintech Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Company content without prior written permission.
